Sales Representative

Candidate Profile

  • University degree in Marketing or Business Administration (preferred)

  • English language knowledge (advantage)

  • Experience in construction or engineering (advantage)

  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office

  • Understanding of sales principles and customer service practices

  • Experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, Instagram – advantage)

  • Motivation for sales and achieving targets

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Confidence, responsibility, and pride in personal performance

  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

  • Team player with time management and multitasking abilities

  • Previous sales experience (advantage)

  • Availability for travel

Job Description – Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company business targets

  • Identify business opportunities with existing and potential clients

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, partners, and suppliers

  • Monitor market trends and evaluate their impact on company activities

  • Analyze competition and implement strategies to ensure growth in market share

  • Prepare activity reports: daily calls, meetings, weekly plans, monthly and yearly analyses

  • Prepare and present offers to new and potential clients on time

  • Respond to client requests, ensuring excellent service and customer experience

  • Recommend improvements to products, services, and sales policies based on results and market feedback

  • Manage sales documentation (contracts, invoices, delivery and return protocols, etc.)

  • Provide consulting and assistance regarding orders, accounts, and client needs

  • Actively participate in company and warehouse administrative activities
